Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

ROBINSON LAWN & GARDEN CENTER has been making Northeast Ohio green for 40 years.  We are always seeking new associates looking to do the same.

We are excited to expand our team and are looking for Crew Leaders who are eager to join a great team!

The Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader directs the day-to-day activity of their crew members. The landscape crew leader is responsible for performing weekly lawn mowing services and seasonal snow removal services for our and residential and commercial clients .  Among the skills needed are the following:

  • Operate mowers such as zero turn riding and stand on, as well as small push mowers.

  • Operate string trimmers and blowers

  • Maintain consistent quality standards and communicate with clients and management regarding any issues.

  • Complete all job duties in a timely manner to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and without delay.

CREW LEADER REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of commercial lawn maintenance.

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and minimal moving violations.

  • This position involves 40-50 hrs per week of outdoor construction and as such requires working in all weather conditions and site situations.
